Our espresso backbone. The Dois Irmãos family has grown Yellow Catuaí on the Cerrado plateau for three generations, and its heavy, syrupy body is exactly what a milk drink needs. Roasted the slowest of all our coffees, we develop it well past second crack for a low-acid, chocolate-drenched cup.
